•Started in 2009 by Roberta Roncolato (4th generation winemaker) & husband Giacomo,

• using vineyards from 1900s

•30 hectares, volcanic (tuffaceous) and calcareous soils

•Eco friendly approach to vineyard (low impact process, photovoltaic energy), respectful of environment

•Late September harvest, hand picked & 10 months maturation (80% French barriques)
