1871-1891 Franciso Undurraga started the winery– with plants brought from Germany and France. Gardens landscaped by Georges henri Dubois in 1890 (spectacular). First harvest 1891. First chilean wines to export to US in 1903. Many famous visitors over the years. Was sold to Grupo Vinos del Pacifico 6 years ago. Started producing sparkling wines in 1975 (second producer of sparkling for Chile),
