Simonsig Estate
Simonsig Wine Estate is a wine producer nestled in the Stellenbosch region of South Africa's Western Cape. It produces a range of wines from classic South African varieties including Chenin Blanc, Shiraz and Pinotage, but is most famous for having produced South Africa's first sparkling Méthode Cap Classique in the style of Champagne, in 1971.
