•7 ha Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon stand-out wines (also does Pinot Noir, Grenache and Sauvignon Blanc)

•Clay pot amphoras imported from Firenze, Italy

•Dark colour is result of hyperoxidation during pressing of wines- stabilises colour without chemicals and preserves against oxidation
