Appearance: Pale gold, clear and bright; Gentle continuous mousse. Nose: notes of melon, green apple and warm citrus. Palate: Explosion of fruits, well balanced acidity, soft subtle mousse, full bodied, satsuma and passion in the forefront, hints of biscuit leading into a long finish of pink grapefruit.
