•Founded 1996 by Anthony Hamilton Russell, Ashbourne is 64 ha property located in Hemel-an-Arde, on Eastern border of Hamilton Russell focuses on Pinotage and Sauvignon Blanc. First release in 2001
•Low-vigour, stony, clay-rich, shale-derived soil
•Alcohol: 12.96% , Acidity: 5.20 g/l , PH: 3.57 , Residual sugar of 2.30 g/l
•Maturation at 100% in barrel ageing: 10 Months in 400 litre barrels, 7 months in neutral 2000 litre Foudre . French Coopers: Francois Freres 100%
•Production of 207 cases of 12 bottles equivalent
