This wine is dear to Jane as its location is where she is coming from; south east of Melbourne in Victoria. It is a single vinyard planted many years ago by a former pilot when he retired. The soil is volcanic. It is an organic wine.
Elegant, with sweet ripe warm fruits and peppery notes. Some smoky touches and brambly notes. this wine has 100% destemmed and has no new oak.
