•Now a 290-acre property with 155 planted acres (149 to PN and the rest to Chardonnay). 20% of the produce used for Shea Wine Cellars, the rest is sold to other producers.

•Yamhill County AVA, sedimentary soil over fractured sandstone,  gives wine that are more spicy, less structured, concentration of fruit

•PN clones : Pommard, Wadenswil, Dijon 114, 115, 777

•Vineyard manager Jesus Marin, 14 employees, sustainable farming. Winemaking focused on fruit and letting the terroir and vintage show itself
