Waterkloof is something very special. On the outskirts of Somerset West, lonely on a mountain, you can reach the "spaceship" after a short
serpentine drive through the vineyards. It .is a "biodynamic vineyard". They believe that the production of the wine is carried out by humans
and animals using traditional methods, natural agriculture is the key word. Sheep and cows graze on the fields, horses plow through the fields and chickens walk around in the area.
