Château St Michel Canon Fronsac
Bought in 1950 but it is really in 1998 that the Jean Yves Millaire takes over the estate and start to convert into organic and from 2009 the wine is certified AB.
Lovely and typical from the Canon Fronsac appelation, lesser known than Médoc, it is a very quality driven area woirth investigating!
