Deborah Fleming has an unusual double track career : working as an International Organisational Development Consultant and Business Psychologist, while also being part of the Costa family who produce wines in the Ribatejo Portugal. She was ex-secretary of the Oxford University Wine Circle and completed her WSET in 2009.
Deborah's day job is about building highly performing Change Teams that are resilient and adaptable to change. She does this by applying psychodynamic and gestalt theory to work with Leadership Teams and groups.
She researched Personality & Wine resulting in one of her most popular corporate engagements: the “MBTI & Wine Tasting” which she has delivered to over 800 people.
Just recently Deborah has finished the Alpe Adria 750km solo hike for charity through 3 great wine regions (why not!): Austria, Slovenia and Italy. We are all very impressed by this and she can tell us about her trip , together with these 3 wine regions, and her learning from her adventure. She is the only woman in the UK to complete the Alpe Adria solo and unaided this year.
